Jun. 25--STATE COLLEGE, Pa.--As Wall Street waits for Adelphia Communications Corp. to file for bankruptcy, the Coudersport-based company continues to claim it will serve its State College customers with cable TV and Internet access.

Meanwhile, C-COR.net. is determining whether to write off all or part of $42 million that Adelphia owes the State College-based provider of broadband communications technology.
