Jul. 13--Even if Aberdeen wanted to stay just as it is, it would take planning to keep it that way.
But that's not what the city wants.
A handful of community leaders agreed on Friday that the Hub City needs to grow.
So the question, said Janis LaDouceur, is what does Aberdeen want to be?
And more importantly, how is it going to get there?
