Jul. 13--NO ACCORD IN AIRLINE TALKS: Negotiations between the Teamsters and PSA, a commuter airline owned by US Airways, ended yesterday without agreement on wage and benefit concessions, a union official said.

Charlie Byrnes, secretary-treasurer of Teamster Local 926, which represents about 800 ground, gate and other employees, said the talks broke off because the airline would not consider the issues of job security or compensation for employees if the company returned to profitability.

US Airways spokesman John Ellis said the airline expects negotiations to resume next week. Byrnes said PSA employs about 500 Teamster members in Pittsburgh.
