Oklahoma City-Based CD Warehouse Faces Suit by Former Counsel over Legal Bills.

Jul. 24--A law firm that formerly represented CD Warehouse has filed its own complaint against the beleaguered company in Oklahoma District Court, alleging unpaid bills and a breach of contract.
The Tulsa law firm of Conner & Winters claims in its petition that the music reseller owes more than $50,000 for legal services provided between September and May.
"The defendant has failed and refused to pay the plaintiffs the amount owed," the lawsuit states.
