University of California Cuts Harsh Lesson for Business School Outreach.

Aug. 5--Leaders of professional education programs at a local business school are reeling from a new deficit-reduction program that has resulted in lost wages and jobs.

Administrative faculty overseeing the budget for the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School Management at the University of California, Riverside have restructured the fiscal 2002-03 budget for self-supporting external programs and centers to eliminate tens of thousands of deficit dollars carried over from previous fiscal years.
