Aug. 12--On the second floor of Digital Onpa International Plc's eight-storey building on Rama III Road, there's a small room with white wallpaper, three executive chairs and a computer notebook on the table.
The 30-square-metre office is remarkably plain for the chief executive of a company which is one of the country's largest producers of blank tape cassettes and CDs. It's also a step down from the well-equipped office which the current occupier had in the past.
