Federal Agency Opens Job Fair for Seattle-Tacoma, Wash., Airport Screeners.

Aug. 21--A federal agency will begin looking over applicants Friday and Saturday for hundreds of security jobs at Sea-Tac Airport.

The federal Transportation Security Agency is hiring about 1,250 screeners and supervisors at salaries ranging from $26,300 to $56,400 to check baggage and passengers at Sea-Tac. The applications center will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Hilton Seattle Airport hotel at 17602 Pacific Highway S.
