Siemens Subsidiary Leases Office Space in Orange County, Fla.

Aug. 22--Siemens Shared Services LLC, a subsidiary of Siemens AG, is leasing 52,125 square feet of office space in a pair of buildings recently built on spec by The Alter Group of Chicago in the Quadrangle Business Park in east Orange County.
About 200 workers will occupy the space as Siemens Shared Services consolidates operations in Orlando, Lake Mary and Boca Raton. Nan McCormick, a senior vice president in CB Richard Ellis' Orlando office, represented the Siemens operation, which provides support services for other Siemens companies in the United States.
