New Store in Norfolk, Va., Draws Shoppers with Stylish Fashions.

Aug. 31--NORFOLK, Va. -- Paisley peasant tops, gold-beaded jeans and thumping hip-hop rhythms beckoned MacArthur Center patrons Friday to the just-opened Forever 21 store.
"I've never seen this place before," said Larissa Bozard, a 17-year-old from Chesapeake, who had her eye on a tight-fitting denim jacket. "I like the clothes. They're really fashionable."
Forever 21 turned the 15,000-square-foot, first-floor space previously occupied by Rainforest Cafe into a mini-department store selling stylish clothing and everything else its "young and sophisticated" crowd might wear with it: shoes, belts, handbags, jewelry, makeup and underwear.
