Taylor, Mich.'s Atlas Oil to Buy Granger, Ind., Fuel Supplier.

Sep. 6--GRANGER, Ind.--B&R Oil Co., the nation's largest Phillips 66 distributor, said Thursday that it will be sold to Atlas Oil Co. of Taylor, Mich.
Ralph Dobson, B&R owner and chief executive, said he has "mixed emotions" over the sale of the company he founded 24 years ago in Granger. He declined to specify the financial terms of the agreement.
Today, B&R supplies more than 100 million gallons of fuel per year to 66 Indiana and Michigan Phillips 66 retailers. The company employs 31 people, none of whom will lose their jobs in the sale.
Atlas, founded in 1985, supplies 300 million gallons of fuel per year to the commercial and industrial markets...
