Thai Producer of Fruit Wines Poised to Begin Exporting to Asia.

Sep. 7--A producer of wine made from a variety of fruits, C.V. Boss Food Co, will soon begin exporting its Boss Lake Hill brand to Asia.

The company made 100,000 litres in 2001 for distribution this year and had increased its annual capacity to 250,000 litres for sale both next year and in 2004, said Chaiyuth Wisuitjitjai, the managing director.

The varieties included pineapple, passionfruit, mulberry and roselle, with mulberry worthy of note, he said. "We take mulberry strains from the North to grow in Chon Buri, near the site of our plant."
