Expansion of University of California Business School Reflects Changing Times.

Sep. 12--UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business announced a major expansion of its ethics program Wednesday, adding a trip to visit white-collar criminals in prison, a required class on ethics and several other courses, lectures and projects.

The new efforts are part of an initiative launched by new Haas Dean Tom Campbell, who took over last month. Campbell, a former congressman, has made the Socially Responsible Business Leadership Initiative a top priority in the wake of accounting scandals at major American corporations such as Enron and WorldCom.
