Bangkok, Thailand-Based Merchant Bank Strikes IPO Share Price of 25 Baht.

Sep. 12--Finansa Plc has finalised its initial public offering price at 25 baht each for 36 million shares of five-baht par value to be made available to the public today and tomorrow.
The Bangkok-based merchant bank yesterday appointed Asset Plus Securities as lead underwriter, with Merrill Lynch Phatra Securities, SG Asia Credit Securities, Tisco Securities and United Securities serving co-lead underwriters.
The other local underwriters are ABN Amro Asia Securities, BT Securities, Bualuang Securities, Kim Eng Securities (Thailand), National Securities and Seamico Securities while SG Securities (HK) is lead international underwriter.
