Dealers Bullish on B21.7bn TelecomAsia Debentures.

Sep. 21--Bond dealers say they are confident that TelecomAsia's 21.75-billion-baht debenture issue next month will be fully subscribed by investors.

The issue, the country's largest and longest-dated corporate debenture issue, is in two lots. The first consists of 4.4 billion to 6.75 billion baht in bonds due in 2010 paying a floating coupon equal to bank minimum lending rates.

The debentures carry a rating of A from Thai Rating and Information Services, with half the debentures guaranteed by the International Finance Corporation, the investment arm of the World Bank.
