Thai and Japanese Firms Set to Launch Video Mail Service on Mobile Phones.

Oct. 9--Shin Corporation's online content developer Shinee.com and Office Noa Co, a Japanese software developer, are collaborating to provide video mail through mobile services.
The Japanese partner invented a real-time video processing technology called Nancy Codec, which enables users to send and receive video mail through mobile phones equipped with General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) technology.
The service, which is due to be launched by the end of this year, will be offered only to subscribers of Advanced Info Service Plc, the country's largest mobile-phone operator.
