Italian Tailoring Brand to Double Its Presence in Thailand to Four Stores.

Oct. 14--With Thai men increasingly aware of international fashion trends, Ermenegildo Zegna, an Italian tailoring brand, plans to double its presence in Thailand to four stores.
"We want to do more than double the present US$2 million [in annual sales] within the next three years," said Paulo Zegna, the chief executive of Ermenegildo Zegna Group, who was in Bangkok to check out the local market's potential.
In the past five years, Thai men had paid markedly more attention to what they wore, Mr Zegna said. The expansion in Thailand is part of the group's policy to lift its profile in Asia where it also has 36 outlets in China, as well as stores in Hong Kong, South Korea,...
