Aerospace Industry Executive Discusses Future of Industry.

Oct. 23--Government and private investment will be key to the future of the aerospace industry, an industry trade group executive said Tuesday.
A strong and healthy aerospace industry will depend on several factors, General Aviation Manufacturers Association president Ed Bolen told more than 200 attendees of the Federal Aviation Administration's Centers of Excellence second joint annual meeting at the Wichita Marriott.
The United States has the largest and most sophisticated air traffic management system in the world, Bolen said. But there are limits to the system, and it must be transformed, he said.
