Funai Electric Co. Plugs into Disney Golf Classic.

Nov. 20--After a long, dry summer that included unsuccessful courtships with over 50 potential sponsors, the Disney Golf Classic on Tuesday formally finalized a deal with Japan's Funai Electric Co. that secures Orlando's second PGA Tour event for the next four years.

Disney will announce the details today, but The Sentinel has learned that Funai has signed on for 2003-06 at roughly $4 million per year.
