Northwest Airlink Adds Self-Service Check-In ATMs at Fort Wayne, Ind., Airport.

Nov. 18--Northwest Airlink passengers at Fort Wayne International Airport can skip its ticket counter line now even if they don't have Internet access.

Northwest Airlines is installing what it calls E-Service Centers for self-service flight check-in near its airport ticket counters. FWA has connecting flights to the carrier's hub in Detroit.

Kurt Ebenhoch, spokesman for the Minneapolis-based airline, said last week the centers had been installed in 112 airports, and there are plans to have them in 144 by next year.
