Magazine Editor Advises Black Professionals on Investing.

Nov. 13--NORFOLK, Va.--Derek T. Dingle, a 1983 graduate of Norfolk State University, is vice president and executive editor of Black Enterprise, a magazine on business and investing geared toward blacks.
Dingle, 41, also started Milestone Media Inc. in 1992, which was at one time the nation's largest black-owned comic book company. One of the characters, Static, that he co-created is featured in a Warner Brothers Network animated series, "Static Shock."
Dingle, a former employee of The Virginian-Pilot and the New Journal and Guide, was also a senior writer at Money Magazine.
