Nov. 5--FAIRFIELD, Conn.--A local man wants to be on the crest of the tidal wave of innovation he sees breaking onto the U.S. cellular market.

Sprint, AT&T, Cingular Wireless and other cell phone service providers are airing commercials touting the video game and imaging abilities of the new cell phones, and Fairfield resident Dennis Leahy wants his new company to be the one behind the scenes providing those games and images.
