Boca Raton, Fla.-Based SBA Communications Forced to Consider Sale of Assets.

Nov. 7--BOCA RATON, Fla.--SBA Communications Corp. said Wednesday that a tough cellphone business is forcing it to consider selling some assets or merging with another company to avoid falling like some other tower builders.
In addition, SBA said it is facing the possibility of being de-listed from the Nasdaq Stock Market in the near term, and may be in violation of the terms of its loan agreement in the second quarter of next year.
And with cellular companies like Verizon Communications and AT&T Wireless literally giving away service to compete, things aren't looking better long term.
