Lincolnshire, Ill., Chain to Buy Charleston, S.C., RV Store.

Dec. 3--A publicly traded chain of recreational vehicle centers plans to buy Holiday Kamper and Boats, which has outlets in Charleston and four other cities in the Carolinas.
Holiday RV Superstores Inc., based in Lincolnshire, Ill., said the proposed purchase is part of an effort to focus business in the East and Midwest while selling off its western operations.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
"This acquisition will complement our existing stores and allows us the opportunity to expand geographically going forward," said Marcus A. Lemonis, Holiday RV's chairman and chief executive.
