Thai Business Group Branches into Property with New Apartments.

Dec. 4--Transiam Enterprises Ltd, a business group with various interests in garment and canned food exports, is diversifying into the property business for the first time with the launch of serviced apartments in Sukhumvit Soi 22.
The Admiral Suites, a 61-room serviced apartment project, has been developed at a construction cost of 100 million baht. It was officially inaugurated yesterday by Admiral Plaza Co, one of the group's subsidiaries.
