Investors Accuse Las Vegas Broker of Failing to Pay Back Loans.

Dec. 8--Retiree Walter Stiegman knows he may not recover all $100,000 he and his wife invested with Global Express Capital Mortgage a year ago. But he said he will keep complaining to the brokerage and regulators until he gets better answers.
"I am going to get to the bottom of it. I'm not going to be taken advantage of," he said. "I've gotten so many excuses (from Global Express) that I can't even keep them straight anymore."
Stiegman and his wife, Ilse, belong to a list of investors who say they have not received interest and principal payments on investments they made with Global Express.
