Dec. 14--MIAMI--Blockbuster personal-injury lawyer Robert Montgomery of West Palm Beach has won another arbitration decision against his former partner and protege Chris Larmoyeux.
But Larmoyeux, calling the panel "a kangaroo court," said Friday he'll appeal the decision that awards Montgomery $1.9 million in legal fees from cases Larmoyeux took with him when Montgomery fired him two years ago.
