Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus in New York Gets Grant from Foundation.

Dec. 17--The 400,000-square-foot life sciences complex expected to someday employ hundreds of researchers and staff in the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus got a major lift from the private sector Monday with a $4.5 million grant from the Margaret L. Wendt Foundation.
The foundation will give three-year, $1.5 million grants to each of Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and the University at Buffalo.
Part of the money will be used to build a bridge across Ellicott Street linking the new Hauptman-Woodward Center for Structural Biology with the University at Buffalo Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics and the Roswell Park...
