Sky Harbor's people-friendly approach helped the nation's fifth-busiest airport win acclaim in a recent J.D. Power and Associates customer survey.
Sky Harbor ranked fourth on the list of large airports around the world, behind Hong Kong, Amsterdam and Las Vegas.
And in the coming years, Sky Harbor plans to improve, Airport Director David Krietor says, by adding a people-mover system to connect the three terminals...
