Jan. 9--NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J.: Sheryl Lyn is worried about her prospects of getting a job -- so much so that she drove more than four hours yesterday from Binghamton, N.Y., to attend Career Day at Rutgers University.
The 26-year-old Binghamton University student spent yesterday talking to more than 10 potential employers in hopes of ultimately getting an interview for a career in investment banking or finance. Lyn, who expects to graduate in May with a master's degree in business administration, said one of her professors heard about the career day at Rutgers and passed along the information to his students.
