Jan. 10--US AIRWAYS CUTS STANDBY FEE: US Airways has reduced the fee it charges passengers who want to change their reservations and fly standby. Under the new rules, announced yesterday, pasengers on most of the carrier's domestic flights, including flights between the United States and Canada, will now pay $25 --down from $100. However, passenger on the airline's East-Coast shuttle, European and Caribbean flights will still pay a $100 fee to switch their reservations and fly standby.
