Thai Stock Exchange Eyes Incentive Scheme for Marketing Staff.

Jan. 22--The Stock Exchange of Thailand and its securities company members agreed to implement an optional salary-based scheme for marketing staff, which is said to raise their gross incomes 10 percent.
The conclusion was reached at the meeting between market regulators and 31 brokerage members late Monday.
The proposal of a salary-based scheme is expected to be submitted to the SET board by the end of this month and then forwarded for approval to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
