University of Missouri Board Makes Tuition Hikes Permanent.

Jan. 24--University of Missouri-Columbia senior Jennifer Horst said student fee increases aren't something many students worry about.

It is, however, on their parents' minds.

"I don't think" policy-makers aren't "taking us into consideration," said the biology major from Jackson. "I think it can't be helped right now."
