Feb. 6--NAB'S EUROPEAN CHIEF QUITS: Steve Targett today quit running National Australia Bank's European operations, including Yorkshire Bank and Clydesdale Bank, to take a main board post at Lloyds TSB. Targett, 47, replaces David Pritchard as head of wholesale and international banking. Pritchard is being elevated to deputy chairman, succeeding Alan Moore.
