Feb. 10--Tremendously generous, innovative, a great leader -- these are the words auto industry insiders use to describe John Bergstrom, who appeared in the No. 1 position of Time magazine's list of top U.S. automotive dealers.
"It's really the Academy Awards of the auto industry," said Ty Trippet, spokesman for Time.
Award winners are nominated from the state level, Trippet said. Then, 64 candidates nationwide get narrowed down to one outstanding dealer.
