New Natural Gas Pipeline to Feed to Electric Plant in Jasper County, Ga.

Feb. 12--When finished, the SCG Pipeline running from Port Wentworth to Jasper County will help illuminate the Lowcountry.
The pipeline, which should be started in March, will feed natural gas to an electric plant in Jasper County that is currently under construction. The line also runs through the property of Savannah Electric's Plant McIntosh.
