Feb. 20--Optical scientists from across Europe are learning to use a software program designed by Tucson-based Breault Research Organization at an intensive course held at the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt, Germany.
"We were holding one class in Europe a year, but we've bumped it up to two," said Jennifer Patton, marketing manager for Breault Research. "There is a definite increase in bio-optics. Also, Germany is catching up on telecom. That market is becoming bigger."
