Walt Disney World Cuts Workers' Hours.

Feb. 21--Just days after Walt Disney World announced a hiring freeze, the attraction confirmed Thursday that it also is slashing the hours of many of its workers.
Some part-timers at Disney World's theme parks and at the Downtown Disney shopping and entertainment area say their work schedules have been trimmed -- some all the way to zero -- until further notice.
And some full-timers, even at Disney World's busiest park, Magic Kingdom, say their hours have been reduced to 30 from 40.
"I only make $7 an hour. When you take away 25 percent of my hours, it's hard to pay rent and buy food," said one food-service worker who asked for anonymity for...
