Federal Investigation of Coupon Fraud Scheme Involves 15 States.

Mar. 1--Robert W. MacDonald is the only employee in the Memphis office of a coupon clearinghouse to be implicated in a $4.5 million coupon fraud scheme that involved 370 stores in 15 states, including Tennessee. Evidence suggests, however, that more co-conspirators may be involved at International Data, according to a federal affidavit that outlined the ongoing investigation.
