Las Vegas Developers Team Up for Land-Auction Clout.

Mar. 1--Four prominent Las Vegas Valley developers are forming a joint venture partnership that will give them the financial leverage to go after large land acquisitions at BLM auctions.
The four developers in the joint venture are American Nevada Corp., Pulte Homes, KB Home of Nevada and Lewis Operating Corp. of Nevada.
The companies plan to develop a master-planned community with a mix of single-family and multifamily residences, active adult communities and commercial properties, said Robert Lewis, president of Lewis Operating.
