Mar. 5--Rising oil prices are forcing lots of Orange County residents to dig deep into their wallets and rethink their driving habits.
But few face the challenges that Larry Mastrovich does.
Mastrovich is the chief operating officer of Apria Healthcare Group Inc., an Irvine-based company that delivers health-care equipment and services to housebound patients in all 50 states.
Apria is the biggest player in the home-health-care business, with sales of $1.25 billion last year. And it has the massive fleet of trucks -- 2,100 in all -- to prove it.
