Mar. 14--HAMILTON, Ohio -- A Butler County child has become ill from contaminated meat bought at a Meijer store.
The child -- one of three Ohio children believed to have gotten ill from eating contaminated meat from Kroger and Meijer -- has been treated and released from the hospital, according to the Butler County Health Department.
Green Bay Dressed Beef -- doing business as American Foods Group, located in Sharonville -- is voluntarily recalling approximately 106,000 pounds of ground beef that may be contaminated with E.coli.
