Mar. 19--HAMILTON, Ohio--Former International Paper Company B Street Mill employees scored a victory Tuesday when a district court ruled in favor of their class action lawsuit against the company, said Theresa Groh, an attorney representing the class.

Groh, of Cincinnati-based Murdock, Goldenberg, Schneider & Groh, described the ruling as momentous.
