Kansas City, Mo.-Based Utility Firm Aquila to Delay Filing Financial Results.

Mar. 29--Aquila Inc. said Friday that it would not file its fourth quarter and 2002 financial results on Monday as planned.
The company said it would notify the Securities and Exchange Commission that it would seek a 15-day extension and file its financial results on or before April 15 to give the company and its auditors sufficient time to complete its audited financial results.
At the time the financial results are released, the company said, management will hold a conference call to discuss the financial numbers and provide an update on efforts to renegotiate a revolving credit agreement.
