Fidelity Adds to Its Title Insurance Portfolio.

Mar. 30--Fidelity National Financial and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ticor Title Insurance, announced Friday that they plan to buy Key Title, based in Salem, Ore.
Ticor has signed a definitive agreement to purchase 100 percent of the outstanding common stock of Key Title, Oregon's largest family-owned and operated title company. Financial details of the cash transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to be completed Monday.
Kenneth "Bud" Holmes established Key Title in 1965, and the Holmes family has expanded the firm to 25 locations in Western Oregon, with $20 million in revenue last year and 240 employees.
