Commerce Agency Grants Bonding Authority to Two Outagamie County, Wis., Firms.

Apr. 24--A pair of Outagamie County firms will embark on major expansions thanks to bonding authority from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce.

The companies and respective industrial revenue bond allocations and expected job impact are:

-- Wisconsin Fiber Resources, 3001 E. Glendale Ave., Appleton, $3.5 million, 26 positions at an average wage of $18.54.

-- Performance Pallet Corp., 112 Mainline Drive, Seymour, $3 million and 38 jobs at an average wage of $11.05 per hour.

The bonding, which sets the stage for loaning money at below-market interest rates, will cover most of the cost of the enhancements planned by both companies....
