Apr. 3--FORT WAYNE, Ind.--Customers of Northern Indiana Public Service Co. should see a decrease in their April heating bills, thanks to a drop in natural gas costs. NIPSCO said Wednesday that costs for April will be down about 24 percent. For a typical residential customer who used 100 therms of gas in March, that would translate into a decrease of nearly $29 on heating bills for the month of April.
