London-Based Research Group Broadens Sector Coverage.

Apr. 28--TNS, previously known as Taylor Nelson Sofres, the world's third-largest market research group, plans to introduce several services this year to raise its profile in Thailand after joining the bid to provide a new television ratings service in the country.
New research services will cover sectors such as telecoms, health care, finance and automotive industries, as well as more in-depth consumer research.
London-based TNS has adopted a new global logo and name in the 110 countries in which it operates as part of a modernisation campaign.
