Philadelphia-Area Grads Find Job Hunt Is Tough.

Apr. 14--Woe to the college grad this year.
Further employee cutbacks in companies, a depressed technology sector, and the nation's persistent economic slump are making jobs for college graduates, in addition to everyone else, hard to come by.
"It's awful. No jobs," Marianne Kroutchkevitch, 25, of West Philadelphia, said at the Drexel University spring job fair last Wednesday. "Just as I graduate, there's not much there."
Kroutchkevitch said she declined a job offer two years ago to return to school to earn a master's degree in information systems. But now, with post-university life beckoning, there was only one company that Kroutchkevitch...
