Seekers Swamp Job Fair at New Colorado Springs, Color, Call Center.

Apr. 15--Sporting everything from business suits to T-shirts and jeans, about 500 people swarmed a job fair Monday at ICT Group Inc.'s new Colorado Springs customer service call center.
Job seekers hope to take advantage of one of the largest local hiring announcements since 2000.
An ICT official said Monday the company will employ as many as 750 workers by early 2004 -- exceeding a recent estimate by the Greater Colorado Springs Economic Development Corp. that ICT would hire 500 workers.
The company will start with a small work force to open the center and gradually add employees, said Andrew Beaudoin, an ICT client services director....
