Singapore-Based Firm Set to Spruce Up Five-Star Hotel in Thailand.

Jun. 14--The 20-year-old Nai Lert Park Hotel must be refreshed to give it the look of a deluxe international property to retain its attractiveness against other five-star hotels located nearby, say its new managers.
The hotel's owners expect Singapore-based Raffles International Ltd, whose management contract for the 338-room hotel on Wireless Road will start in January, to sharpen its business direction in line with the dynamic growth of Thailand's hospitality industry.
With an undisclosed amount of investment, Jennie Chua, chairwoman and CEO of Raffles International, said the hotel would be rebranded as Nai Lert Park Bangkok, A Raffles International...
